One-on-one Training
Group training isn’t for everyone, that’s why we have an option for private personal training. Private training is a one-on-one 45-minute full-body workout. Just you and your coach.
Each full-body workout focuses on building muscle, improving strength, stability, mobility, balance, endurance, and cardiovascular health.

Your workouts are done in a circuit-style fashion, focusing on 5-7 exercises at a time, with proper stretching before and after.
