Anchor Nutrition Coaching 

Weight loss is part science, part psychology. You can know exactly how weight loss works, but if you haven’t considered your mindset and behavior, you’re missing a big piece.  


You’ll start out with a one-on-one meeting with your coach to start building your story. That includes your diet history, your mindset and beliefs, your habits, and your expectations.


We discuss what you want to accomplish, what you know, and what you can do consistently, long term. Every 4 weeks we do progress check-ins where we check your body composition, discuss your obstacles and struggles, and adjust accordingly.


Once we get you set up with the Anchor Fitness app, you’ll have access to consistency charts to track habits and behavior patterns, food logs, recipes, your biometrics, direct messaging to your coach and more!


The app is used as our “home base” and is a great way for your coach to help hold you accountable to your short term and long term goals outside your training session. 


Our nutrition coaching program provides assistance with:
