After working with Marissa for 2 1/2 years I have gained so much knowledge about fitness, how the body works, proper form, and have become so much more confident. Marissa is professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. I love that her workouts are quick & efficient, less than an hour of my day and I’ve worked my whole body! She is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. Each workout is different so you never get bored doing the same thing. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen major improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. "I have been working with Marissa for two years. Having been diagnosed with osteoporosis, I learned the importance of strength training, coupled with walking and a healthy diet.
Marissa makes virtual classes exactly what I was looking for. She not only explains the exercises clearly and concisely, she demonstrates them and watches everyone carefully to be sure we are doing them in the correct manner so we will not hurt ourselves.
She is very thoughtful and her programming is right on target for me. This year, the result of my Dexa scan was a pleasant surprise to me as my MD attributed the increase of lean muscle mass to the strength training. So, I will continue to move!"
