At Anchor Fitness our goal is to provide our clients with safe and effective evidence-based workouts, where we can create a positive culture to help challenge you to learn and grow through movement and mindset – and discover the joy of a healthier life!

What We Offer

Each group session includes a 45-minute full-body workout, all focused on improving strength, stability, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall stamina. 

personal training session

Group training isn’t for everyone, that’s why we have an option for private training. Private training is a one-on-one 45-minute full-body workout – just you and your coach.

Good nutrition and strength training go hand-in-hand and are important to your overall health. Anchor Nutrition is the best addition to your plan if you need guidance & accountability.

Our virtual training option is easy and convenient and gives you the option to work out in the privacy of your own home! It’s easy, we send you a link, you sign on and we get moving!
